Our payment portal now offers the option to pay by bank, allowing you to pay straight from your account and removing the need for card details to be used. The pay by bank option will utilise your banking app, meaning the process is faster, more secure and convenient.

Please complete all fields and note that the reference number must be either a valid unit reference similar to 123/BLOCKF1 (note the capital letters) or an invoice number for ad hoc payments (eg for parking permits). You can obtain the reference from your invoice or your online account. 

If you do not use mobile banking, we still accept credit and debit card payments by Visa and Mastercard and via Apple Pay where the card is issued in the UK. We do not accept American Express.
